In 2019, Jack played integral part in the second reform of the Mongolian taxation framework to boost the economy and support businesses, adopting revised key tax laws with international standards and practices. Jack’s leadership also facilitated Mongolia's integration into various global tax initiatives. Mongolia joined the BEPS framework, the Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange of Information, and the Tax Inspectors Without Borders Program, highlighting the country's commitment to international tax standards.
